Launched in early 2022 as The Traditional Wythenshawe Window Cleaner, we provided a local window cleaning service to Benchill, Wythenshawe residents. Achieving high standards, we quickly gained over 150 new customers in less than three months, which led us to expand into gutter cleaning. We invested in a second-hand gutter vacuum system and acquired our first van, enabling us to extend our services to Stockport's residents, offering both window cleaning and gutter vacuuming services. We initiated our business page on Facebook, which is still active today, and began showcasing our work. Joining local resident groups on the platform, our business rapidly grew. Our services evolved from gutter cleaning to include replacement parts, eventually leading to full gutter replacements and small roof repairs, thanks to our access to large ladders. Roof repairs naturally progressed to roof cleaning, prompting us to invest in the necessary equipment. We introduced scraper and biocide treatment services, which quickly gained popularity through word-of-mouth. Committing fully to our work, we ensured comprehensive coverage and maintained safety as a priority. The demand for pressure washing led us to acquire our first 11lpm petrol pressure washer in early 2023, along with various accessories such as extended lances, specialist nozzles, extra water tanks, hose pipes, and a 30m 1/4" drain jetting hose with interchangeable nozzles, allowing us to diversify our offerings. This provided us with an advantage as we were able to offer a variety of work types. As demand for our services expanded to increasingly larger jobs, we chose to invest in a high-capacity, commercial-grade 35 LPM pressure washer, which we still operate today. With our ever-growing customer base, we remain poised and eager to tackle the next significant challenge, demonstrating our skills and proficiency in this industry.
